Patients need this service when they received not enough information and explanation from their primary doctor and there are also some of them visiting us for this service because they want to get second opinion based on image interpretation and diagnosis information received before.

In our clinic, this Second Opinion service is provided by our Japanese medical specialists. For Japanese patient, our specialist will give online explanation on patients medical report. We also provide a translated copy of patient medical report done by our specialist. By using this service, patient does not need to travel to Japan for a second opinion thus saving time and money.

Doctor Shimada, our adviser, is a radiologist and he manages the largest remote interpretation services company as an independent director. The company take more than 6000 images reading orders monthly from 200 hospitals in Japan. In order to live in Malaysia with peace of mind Hibari Clinic offers medical image advice and interpreting services by local doctors and Japanese specialists based on MRI · CT images and image data such as simple photographing.

Even in the case of conducting various examinations and health checks in Malaysia, if you bring inspection results and examination image data, a Japanese specialist in diagnostic imaging gives advice to the local doctor and carefully worries about the patient’s anxiety I will explain it clearly.

Contents of the evaluation will be taken by a local doctor and a Japanese specialist by video call and we will inform you of the results in the hospital.

In addition, we will introduce medical institutions according to your desired area for those who wish or need medical treatment in Japan. In addition, necessary documents such as introduction letters will be created in Japanese.

Heart care is also one of health care. At the Hibari Clinic, we are conducting remote mental care services through a medical team of local doctors, Japanese psychiatrists and Japanese counselors through the internet line.

We may lose heart and body health from unfamiliar life habits and interpersonal relationships in overseas living, troubles and anxieties at work, etc. In consideration of privacy, we have created a system that can conduct mental health management.

Based on the treatment plan, you can receive counseling at home at your preferred time without concern for the eye as part of treatment. Also, we will prepare medicine when local doctor diagnoses medicine prescription is necessary. A local doctor, a Japanese counselor (both men and women enrolled) and a Japanese psychiatrist become a team and will support your mental health.

Mental health care is considered as part of health care in the international community.
