We also offer doctor’s consultation without appointment but patient with reservation will have priority.

Direct billing service
We accept direct billing of an associated Japanese main insurance company and assistance company. If you are a holder of Overseas travel insurance, we claim your bill to the insurance company directly.
※There is the case that direct billing is not accepted by the insurance company, Please call directly to the insurance company before starting doctor’s consultation.

Document Required During Your Visit
Please bring the following item:

Overseas travel insurance (direct billing)
- Passport
- Overseas travel insurance certificate
※ Healthcare program card (if you are member of healthcare program by prestige international)
※ There are cases where you (insured person) are required to contact the insurance company for verification before doctor’s consultation at the clinic depending on your insurance company
To claim for a refund to National Health Insurance or the health insurance union.
- Passport
- Payment of medical expense and application form / Attending Physician’s Statement
※ Please ensure you prepare and bring along the prescribed form for requesting of a health insurance association carried.
If you have medical expense subsidy system of employer:
- Please bring along the predetermined required document during your visit
If you would like to pay at your own expense
- Our acceptable payment including cash, credit card (VISA, MasterCard) and cheque.

If you would like to have vaccination for your children, please bring along the maternity record book as we need to check the past vaccination record and to fill up the inoculated vaccine at clinic.
In addition, we also provide maternity record which is written in both Japanese and English for patient who inquire.
We also strongly encourage you to bring along your health check results or a medical certificate if you have medical history. This will smoothen the doctor’s consultation
